Integration questions installers ask

Do I have to give up OpenSolar, Pylon or my job management software?

No. That is the whole point of integration first. Your team keeps designing in OpenSolar or Pylon and running jobs in Simpro, AroFlo or ServiceM8. Solar AI-Q sits across those tools as the connective layer, so the follow-up, reporting and AI work on top of the software you already know.

Why not just use the AI built into OpenSolar or ServiceM8?

Those are single-tool assistants inside one system. Solar AI-Q is the layer that connects your lead sources, proposals, jobs and payments and works them as one pipeline. A proposal tool cannot chase a lead that came from SolarQuotes, and a job management tool cannot follow up a quote that was signed somewhere else. The Hub can, because it sees all of them.

How do proposal integrations trigger follow-up?

When you connect OpenSolar or Pylon, the Hub receives an event the moment a proposal is sent, viewed or signed and syncs dozens of fields back into the CRM. That activity is what switches on Andy, your AI proposal follow-up, so a quote that has been viewed but not signed becomes a conversation instead of a dead end.
